Based on her experience with conscious, comfortable and living gastronomy, Neka Menna Barreto proposes a workshop that blends our history and cultural customs on native foodstuffs. Neka has been studying and working with sustainable organic cooking since the 1980s. She prepares menus and banquets all over Brazil and is a collaborator on Jorge Menna Barreto’s Restauro [Restoration] project at #32bienal.
